Where to post a meditation youtube video?

I found a really great meditation video, but don't know where to post it. Also some great music for meditation and Reiki sessions.

If you mean which place in the forum, I think here is as good as any. If you mean how, then I think you just put the link to the video in your post. Same with the other kinds of resources. There usually isn't an option for uploading files, even pictures.
