What is the Difference between Kundalini Reiki and Ayurveda Reiki

I would like to have an idea about the Difference between Kundalini Reiki and Ayurveda Reiki ; the methodology,the way of treatment,....etc

Before I answer to you I want to ask you a question plz....

Koundalini Reiki has some more techniques at the 1st attunement,(some same,some different...) at the 2nd attunement the meditation technique is some kind different than Ayurvedas and there are some more sub-attunements at its 3rd attunement.
Both modalities awake the Kundalini energy

But ayurveda has to do with the elements,the planets,colors etc.

Please have a look at the link I gave you and find out on your own it will be better for you to have your personal opinion at this subject.

Thank you Black_ki  for the explaination .. In fact I asked this question after I read the documents because I didnt relize the exact difference between the two and I felt both are almost the same .. Thank you agian  with best wishes

Dear SK,
The different Modalities are only complimentary to each other, not a replacement.
the differences in many are subtle. some very obvious. Each one has a different affinity to a particular kind. Once you get more sensitive to energy you will soon find out. Give yourself a bit more of time . don't rush. things will be clear.
