I will like to know whenever i start healing somebody or myself i should do the attunement or will it be enough if the first attunement is a permanent one and i need not repeat the same every time i heal. Whether i can heal with suryashakthi multiple people in a single day. Whether healing can be performed multiple times a day. And in the manual it is mentioned that the attunement is a general one: is there any special one also

Answer to all your questions is YES
You may call down it as many times as you like. simply intent works. It is powerful healing system for self and others. Do not take the word general otherwise. I did the attumenet for everyone so as everyone can live life more fully and can access this divine energy.
