Dear Alex,
To get a certificate & Lineage you need to apply/request Mohan directly using the local message service.
the cost etc are already mentioned in the relevant links & pages.

I received all your mails. I receive hundreds of mails every day and not possible for me to replay all of them.
Hope you understand my time constraints. About lineage, it is many many times already discussed at forums. You need to dig old posts. So i did not take it seriously to reply by now.
About certificate, i already have sent details 15 days before.
