Dear John,
Let me clear I respect all forms of Reiki and it is not an intention of this post to compare any Reiki traditions but only to differentiate between Usui Reiki (traditional) and Kundalini based Reiki systems. Just to understand better about Reiki attunement.

Primary goal or objective of Usui Reiki (traditional) is mainly healing.
In these attunements half upper part of Sushumna gets cleanse and opening of first four chakras (Crown to Heart chakra) take place with quality of opening is just enough for the energy to flow out of the plam charka.

(Chakras are psychic centres that lie along the axis of the spine as consciousness potentials. The chakras are not materially real and are to be understood as situated, not in the physical body, but in the subtle or etheric body. Repositories of psychic energies, they govern the whole condition of being. These energy centers relate to seven energy fields. The chakras are said to be balanced if they are vibrating at the required frequency-open, bright and clean. When the chakra gets blocked, then it affects our physical and mental health. It is important to know and balance the energies of these chakras. When the chakras are open, a person is vibrant and healthy. By meditating on the chakras, one can work on increasing the flow of pranic energy into the body. Each of the main chakras corresponds to one of the elements of which the known world is compounded.
Kundalini is a psycho-spiritual energy, the energy of the consciousness. Kundalini literally means 'coiling,' like a snake. Kundalini refers to the vast potential of psychic energy contained within us. Perhaps more meaningfully kundalini can be described as a great reservoir of creative energy and it is normally symbolized as a serpent coiled into three and a half circles, with its tail in its mouth, and spiraling around the central axis (sacrum or sacred bone) at the base of the spine. The power of kundalini is enormous. Kundalini has been described as liquid fire and liquid light.
Nadis In addition to the seven chakras of the subtle body, there is a network of subtle channels known as Nadis. Nadis carry pranic currents to all parts of the body. It is said that there are 72,000 nadis in our body out of which fourteen are principal nadis. Of these, Ida, Pingala and Sushumna are considered the most important.)

In Kundalini based Reiki system Kundalini energy is also used,
Here whole shumna ( from Crown to Root chakras) gets cleansed and all seven chakras, palm chakras and some auxiliary chakras also get opened.
Here opening is more fine and bigger than in Usui Reiki. So it is been seen that many Usui Reiki practitioners attuned many years before, once they attune to kundalini based Reiki modality , they clearly can feel a lot of changes in their ability of energy channeling/flow, due to bigger opening of energy channels.
Is Kundalini Reiki different from Kundalini yoga?
Yes! Kundalini Reiki or Ayurveda Reiki is much different from Kundalini yoga. Kundalini awaking in Kundalini yoga may be dangerous if no proper precaution taken. But Kundalini Reiki or Ayurveda Reiki are safe because in this systems only that much energy is pulled up that can be retained by nadis.
Is there any conflict  ??? using all these together?
Usui, Kundalini and Ayurveda reiki have good coordination. No conflicts, OK.

enjoy :D

Dear Master Mohan,
I'm still a little bit confuse, hope you can help here.  Will the kundalini be awaken after all levels of Kundalini Reiki attunement?  Or is the kundalini awaken in kundalini Yoga  a higher level of awakening?

Thank you for your help.

Well,
As I have written, in KR only that much energy is pulled up that can be retained by nadis from the Kund (reservoir). So it being a gradual process, it may not be felt distinctly.
is the kundalini awaken in kundalini Yoga  a higher level of awakening?
Yes, It is.
