Many believe that the physical form is actually empty, just vibrating atoms. If you put them all together, they would fit on the head of a pin.

If this is true, then all the physical realm we live in is illusion. We think the table is solid, we think we have hard bodies, we think all that is, into being, through our thought patterns. All is just vibration of universal energy.

If this is true, changing the way we think, changes the physical experience we are having. Knowing that everything in the physical realm is empty and will one day fade away, opens the mind to the experience of being.

Limitations may be disolved. Ego may be disolved.

Just dying does not do this (I believe). It is through realizing that the physical world is illusion and the disolving of the ego (emotional body) that we may become fully awake. Until this happens, we continue the circle and must reincarnate. At least, these are my 2 cents.  Your mileage may vary.

I will have to do some reading of Eckhart Tolle. Some very interesting perspectives!
