An Experience With CKR

Respected Lightworkers,
Two days ago while going to bed I drew CKR on my bed sheet before sleeping.Then I slept.After sometime I realised (May be dreamt),someone in sleep beside me (In reality I was alone).The room is filled with light and I was unable to turn to other side.I tried but failed assuming that if I tried some more I would be able to do so.The fact of CKR also was in my mind unconciously.My body became warm internally,and most affected was head -Heavy,pressed etc.At last, I was able to turn to other side and my sleep broke.
Anyone to reply with advice and suggestion ?! I feel I need grounding more. Guide me how to do it effectively.
