If already attuned to a Reiki modality, write down your experience with this energy: I am using this wonderful energy to help alleviate stress, pain, illness and dis-ease for people and animals. Once a week, I pick out a different continent to send Reiki energy to. I listen to news that states that certain animals are in distress and I send Reiki energies to them also. In my work (cleaning houses), I have several elderly people that have all sorts of situations (emotional, mental, physical) that utilize my Reiki energy. I have been using crystal therapy also.

I am currently attuned to Usui 1 & 2 both Western and Traditional practices, and as mentioned above recently attuned to Ayurvedic Reiki 2. Currently using this wonderful energy to help alleviate stress, pain, illness (been having my own sickness to deal with lately too - bronchitis, flu, double-crush syndrome, thyroid problems, and pain/numbness in my left arm and hand) and to help people, plants, and pets in general.
