I was at the hospital on the 3rd to visit my mother-in-law so just had my attunement done as well. It started in my head and then my feet and then my hands. Everything feels tingley. Wow.  Thank you so much! Now maybe I can help a little.

sorry for the delay in giving feedback of 3rd attunement of ayurveda reiki.
i feel that compared to the first two attunement this last attunement was soft.the first two attunement was very powerful to me.in the last attunement i feel that a gentle soft energy was flowing to continuously.
