Reiki for Headaches

It's been a while since I've posted a topic Today I want to talk about Reiki for headaches. Right now, I'm not feeling good at all and I have a small headache. Wanna know why it's small? Cause I've been running Reiki to it for like 10 minutes straight. But I hate running Reiki to my headaches! Wanna know why? Cause it HURTS!

I don't think I'm the only one. Maybe you know the feeling. You get a headache for some reason, decide to send Reiki to it, and it just gets WORSE? When this happens to me, it hurts so bad I can feel it pulsing in my head and my eyes feel like their about to puff out of my head and are watering so bad I can't see. Do you experience this? Let me tell you... if you do this, DO NOT STOP. Keep going, keep running it, keep up the hand positions. After it reaches its peak, it goes downhill fast anf feels amazing, and you'll be glad you kept on. I feel so much calmer now. After I finish this post, I'm going to take a shower, lay down on my bed, and start the Reiki back up again.

So if you're a practitioner or not and you're having a treatment for a headache, don't stop. Just let it continue and get worse. Ignore the tears and the pounding in your ears, because it'll get better and last for years Like that rhyme?

I suffer from headaches now and then and I find that running reiki and grounding helps me alot. See reiki coming in and flushing all toxins down to mother earth.

I used to send toxins and negative energy into the earth, but then I found out something horrible. There are so many people draining negativity and toxins into her at one time without directing them to the correct place that it's actually harming her. Many healthy vortexes in our Mother have collapsed and been disfigured, and not all of the negativity is being transmutated! If you don't believe me, go look for yourself :/ it's not a pretty sight.

People should send it to the CORE of the earth, because it is crystal and will transmutate it into light instantly. You can ask that the light be sent back to you, or offer it to be sent to the place it is needed most, like I do.

A better alternative is to send negativity and toxins, etc. to the SUN! The sun will repolarize them to positivity, which can then be ether bound to the sun or sent back to you The sun is MUCH better at transmutation and repolarization than our Mother Earth any day.

You don't have to believe me on this, but I pray you will. If you still wish to drain negativity into our Mother, then please sent it to the core for transmutation and offer healing from time to time to thank her for her work.

I already do what you say, I reread what I replied and I didn't explain myself correctly. I was tought to ground straight down to the center of the core and yes trasmute it to clean light which comes back up to me. I ground as follows, first i see a light which comes through the crown chakra, the beam moves down lighting up every charkra and when it touches the heart chakra, the light begins to expand bigger and bigger until you are in a kind of egg full of light and it comes out about a meter from your body. Then I visualise a beam which goes into the earth right down to the center core. The core gets brighter and more intens then the light comes up again through the same beam, lightens up my light sphere, intensifies the light of my heart chakra and all the rest then the light goes up again to the sun and back again.

I also transmute any negative thoughts up to the sun or to the divine source which is omnipotent.

That's a lovely meditation! I like your picture by the way. It's good that you do this, because many Lightworkers don't know about it and unknowingly do more harm than good. You can't blame them, of course! They mean well. They're just going by New Age knowledge that's getting out dated. Have you noticed how much more advanced energy work has gotten in the last couple years alone? We went from filling out bodies with light and not knowing what to do with it to channeling down Arcturian healing energies and technologies to work on ourselves and others! Merkaba work has also increased, and people are waking up to their 5D chakras. Astounding, no?
