Try This: The Happiness Map

This activity video goes with Chapter 1 of *The True Compass*.

You’ll practice:
• Draw your “happiness map” (your X’s / treasure chests)
• Name 3 treasures you’re chasing
• Compare feelings: reaching it vs not reaching it
• “Map vs Ground” reflection — treasure far away vs steady present ground
• Gentle reminder: the true compass rests in the stillness of now
