✦ What We Offer
Our Services
From K–12 school programs to corporate wellness and individual transformation — The Holistic Care brings nondual mindfulness to every stage of life and every context of practice.
A Complete Ecosystem of Practice
The Holistic Care was founded on a single insight: genuine inner transformation is not a private luxury — it is a capacity that every human being deserves access to, and a skill that can be systematically cultivated at any age, in any context.
Our programs span the full arc of a human life. We work with children as young as five — planting the seeds of awareness, emotional regulation, and inner resilience at the moment the brain is most plastic. We work with adolescents navigating the complexity of identity and relationship. We work with adults seeking genuine transformation rather than symptom management. And we work with the teachers, therapists, coaches, and organisational leaders who shape the lives of others.
What unifies every program we offer is a commitment to depth. We do not deliver mindfulness as a wellness trend or a productivity hack. Every program is grounded in the nondual wisdom traditions — the understanding that the peace and clarity being sought is not something to be created, but something to be recognised: the awareness that is already present, prior to all mental noise.

✦ Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What services does The Holistic Care offer?
The Holistic Care offers a comprehensive range of mindfulness and awareness-based services: structured mindfulness programs for schools (ages 5–18), corporate wellness workshops and team programs, the I AM Program (a 6-week adult awareness course), facilitator certification training (for teachers, therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals), self-paced online courses, and a library of books and digital resources. All programs are grounded in nondual awareness and evidence-based practice.
Who are The Holistic Care's programs designed for?
Our programs are designed for three primary audiences: schools and educators (K–12 students and teachers across India, North America, and international schools), organisations and their employees (corporate teams, leadership groups, HR professionals), and individual adults seeking genuine personal transformation through mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and self-inquiry. We also offer facilitator training for professionals who want to bring these practices to their own students, clients, or organisations.
What makes The Holistic Care different from other mindfulness providers?
Most mindfulness providers focus on symptom management — stress reduction, attention training, or emotional regulation. These are valuable, but The Holistic Care goes further: our programs are rooted in the nondual wisdom traditions (Advaita Vedanta, Kashmir Shaivism, and the direct path teachings of Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta Maharaj), offering not just techniques but the understanding that permanently transforms your relationship with your own mind. This makes our approach as much a contemplative education as a wellness offering.
Do you offer programs in India and internationally?
Yes. The Holistic Care works with schools, organisations, and individuals across India and internationally — including clients in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Our live online programs (including the I AM Program and facilitator training practicums) are accessible globally. School and corporate engagements can be conducted in-person (within India) or via live online delivery for international clients.
Can I try a program before committing?
Yes. We actively encourage pilots and introductory engagements. For schools, we offer a free sample educator guide and welcome single-class pilot implementations before whole-school rollout. For organisations, we offer introductory half-day workshops as a way to experience the approach before committing to a longer program. For individuals, our online courses provide a self-paced entry point to the teachings.
How do I choose the right program?
The right program depends on your context and intention. If you are an educator or school administrator, our School Programs page gives full detail on the three age-specific curricula. If you work in an organisation, our Corporate Wellness page outlines the available formats. If you are an individual seeking personal transformation, the I AM Program is our flagship adult offering. If you want to train as a facilitator, our Facilitator Training page outlines the three certification tracks. We are also happy to speak with you directly to recommend the right starting point — contact us via the enquiry form.
What is the I AM Program?
The I AM Program is a 6-week live online course that guides participants through a direct investigation of the nature of awareness — using meditation, self-inquiry, and the nondual wisdom of Advaita Vedanta. It is designed for adults who want to go beyond managing stress and anxiety and directly understand what they fundamentally are: the awareness that is already present, prior to all mental conditioning. It combines weekly live sessions, a daily guided practice library, a comprehensive workbook, and post-program support.
Are your programs evidence-based?
Yes. All Holistic Care programs are grounded in the peer-reviewed research on mindfulness-based interventions, social-emotional learning, and contemplative education. We draw on research from Harvard Medical School, Oxford University, and the National Institutes of Health. Our school programs include pre- and post-program measurement tools that allow schools to document outcomes for students, staff, and school climate. Our corporate programs draw on validated wellbeing assessment frameworks.
