✦ 6-Week Live Online Program
The I AM Program
A deep, structured inquiry into the nature of awareness — for adults who are done managing stress and ready to understand what is beyond it. Six weeks that change your relationship with your own mind, permanently.
What Is the I AM Program?
The I AM Program is an intensive 6-week live online course built around a single, profound question: Who am I, really? Not as a philosophical exercise, but as a direct investigation of your own immediate experience — right now, in this moment.
Most approaches to stress and anxiety address the content of the mind — teaching you to reframe thoughts, regulate emotions, breathe through difficulty. These are useful. But they leave the fundamental structure intact: a conditioned identity that defines itself in opposition to its experiences, and therefore remains perpetually at risk from them.
The I AM Program goes to the root. Drawing on the classical teachings of Advaita Vedanta, the direct path inquiry of Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta Maharaj, and contemporary contemplative science, the program guides participants to a direct recognition that is not a belief or a concept: the awareness that you are is not troubled by anything that appears within it.
This recognition does not require years of renunciation or extensive prior practice. It requires sincerity, a willingness to look honestly, and the right guidance. The I AM Program provides both the map and the company for that investigation.
Six Weeks, Session by Session
Week 1The Problem is Not What You Think
The Problem is Not What You Think
We begin with an honest examination of the mind. Where does stress actually live? Why do the same techniques fail to produce lasting peace? This week introduces the foundational insight that separates the I AM program from conventional mindfulness — and sets the direction for the journey ahead.
- ✦Understanding the conditioned mind
- ✦Why symptom management is not enough
- ✦The awareness that is already present
Week 2The Observer and the Observed
The Observer and the Observed
A turning point. Through guided inquiry and direct experience, you begin to notice the difference between thoughts and the awareness that witnesses them. This distinction — simple in description, profound in experience — is the cornerstone of lasting inner peace.
- ✦Distinguishing awareness from content
- ✦The witness practice
- ✦Working with difficult emotions
Week 3I AM — Before Thought
I AM — Before Thought
What remains when all labels are released? This week investigates the sense of presence — the feeling of simply being — that exists prior to all mental commentary. The I AM investigation draws on the classical teachings of Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta, made practical for daily life.
- ✦Self-inquiry: the direct path
- ✦Sat-chit-ananda — being, consciousness, bliss
- ✦Integrating inquiry into ordinary activity
Week 4The Body as a Doorway
The Body as a Doorway
The body is not an obstacle to awareness — it is a gateway. Somatic practices, Yoga Nidra, and body-awareness meditations are used this week to deepen the investigation and dissolve the stored tension that keeps the mind in reactive mode.
- ✦Yoga Nidra for deep release
- ✦Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
- ✦Meeting emotion in the body
Week 5Relationships as Practice
Relationships as Practice
The deepest spiritual practice is not on the cushion — it is in contact with other people. This week explores how awareness practice transforms relationships: from reactive patterns to genuine presence, from need to genuine care.
- ✦Presence and listening
- ✦Non-reactive communication
- ✦The mirror of relationship
Week 6Living as Awareness
Living as Awareness
Not a conclusion, but an opening. The final week addresses the most common question: "How do I keep this?" The answer is a reorientation — from maintaining a state to recognising what has always been. You leave not with a technique to preserve, but with a way of seeing.
- ✦Integration: practice in daily life
- ✦The natural state — nothing to maintain
- ✦Your path forward

✦ Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the I AM Program?
The I AM Program is a 6-week live online course that explores the nature of awareness through meditation, self-inquiry, and the nondual wisdom traditions — particularly Advaita Vedanta and the direct path teachings of Ramana Maharshi. It is not a stress management course, though stress will reduce. It is an investigation of what you fundamentally are — the awareness that is already present, prior to all mental noise.
Do I need prior meditation experience?
No. The program begins from first principles and is accessible to complete beginners. Experienced meditators will find the inquiry practices deepen their existing practice significantly. The most important prerequisite is genuine curiosity — a willingness to look honestly at your own experience.
How is this different from a mindfulness course?
Most mindfulness courses teach techniques to manage the content of the mind — to observe thoughts with equanimity, reduce reactivity, and improve focus. These are valuable. The I AM Program goes further: it investigates the nature of the mind itself, and of the awareness that observes it. The result is not a calmer version of the same relationship with experience, but a fundamentally different one.
Is the program online or in person?
The program is delivered fully online via live video sessions, making it accessible from anywhere in the world. Sessions are scheduled to accommodate participants across India and international time zones. All sessions are recorded for registered participants who cannot attend live.
What is the time commitment?
One 90-minute live session per week, plus approximately 20–30 minutes of daily personal practice (provided audio guides make this easy to sustain). A total of 6 weeks. The daily practice is not a burden — it is the most meaningful part of each day for most participants.
What does the program cost?
Program fees are ₹8,000–₹10,000 per participant for the full 6-week journey, including all materials, guided audios, workbook, and post-program support. Early-bird and group rates are available. Contact us to enquire about the next cohort dates and current pricing.
Can organisations enrol multiple employees?
Yes. The I AM Program is available for organisational cohorts — making it an exceptional corporate wellness investment. When teams undertake the program together, the impact extends beyond individual wellbeing to fundamentally change the relational culture. Please contact us for corporate group pricing.
